NATCHEZ— Funeral services for Shirley Ann Fletcher-Fulton, 55, of Natchez, who died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Southwood Lodge Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in Southwood Lodge Cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.
Fletcher-Fulton was born on Aug. 25, 1958, in Natchez, the daughter of Mrs. Alphrene Fletcher.
She was a baptist. She recieved a bachelor’s and master’s from Alcorn State University, where she retired.
Fletcher-Fulton was preceded in death by her mother; her husband, Jerry Fulton; and brother, Leon Banks.
Survivors include her sister, Lettie Mae Fletcher; two brothers, Abe Fletcher and wife, Alma, Richard Fletcher and wife, Virginia; mother-in-law, Veneter Fulton; brothers-in-law, David Fulton, Denel Fulton and wife, Georgia, Curry Fulton, Larry Fulton and wife, Murdis, and William Fulton; sisters-in-law, Melvina Fulton, Katie Fletcher and Eddie O. Fletcher; uncles, Alfred Strauder and wife, Edna Marie, and Jessie Strauder; and a number of nephews, nieces, caretakers and friends.
Pallbearers will be Larry Fulton, Maurice Fulton, Stafford Williams, Robert Madison, Arvin Arneal Fletcher, Jr., the Rev. Jeremiah Lutch and Lawrence Foster.
