Monday, Nov. 18:
Stephanie Ross, 33, charged with shoplifting — first offense. On joint motion of prosecution and defense, the case is remanded to files in consideration of defense waiving any civil action against Walmart for consideration in this cause of defendant’s explanation of mistake in use of the self checkout system.
