NATCHEZ — Services for Lee A. Glover, 59, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Olive Baptist Church, in Sibley, with the Rev. Douglas Logan officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon until 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Glover was born June 15, 1947, in Natchez, the son of Easter Elizabeth Glover Conner and Charlie Williams. He was a former employee for New-Hughes Oil, Natchez Coca-Cola Bottling Company and International Paper Company.
He was preceded in death by his mother; and a brother, Jake Conner.
Survivors include his two daughters, Kenyatta Glover and Minola Hurst; two brothers, Marshall Conner and wife, Dora, David Conner and wife, Barbara; sister, Hattie Screws, all of Natchez; aunts, Emma Conner of Natchez, Harriet Geter of Georgia, and Hattie Jones of Chicago; uncles, Richard Glover of Atlanta and Johnny Glover of Natchez; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
