JONESVILLE— Funeral services for Charles Michael “Mike” Wilson, 60, of Jonesville, who died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church in Jonesville, with the Rev. Marion Trisler Jr. and the Rev. Jim Elder officiating.
Interment will follow at Whites Cemetery in Jonesville, under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home in Alexandria.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday, at the church.
Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his father, Berry Wilson; one brother, Butch Wilson; and his father and mother-in-law, Don and Ruthine Wiley.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Lucy; son, Clint Wilson and wife, Alicia of Lafayette; grandsons, Kaiser and Kohen; granddaughter, Karsyn; mother, Marie Wilson of Ferriday; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Lydia Wilson, Donny Wiley, Tammy Cooper and husband, David, and Trudy Smith and husband, Kenny; nephews, Wayne Wilson, Noah Wilson and wife, Meghan; nieces, Stacy Turnage and husband, Charles; Tracy Wiley and husband, Jason; and Kayla Womack and husband, James; special aunt and uncle, Doris and Tommy Miller; and a number of special great-nieces and nephews; special friends, Helen Riggs, Janet Payne, Rosie Sullivan, Sam and Kevin Maxwell, Mary Alwell; and a number of coworkers throughout the U.S.
