NATCHEZ — Balloon race pilots will be in position to glow Friday night. All they need is a little dry weather to help them along.

Balloons will be positioned along both sides of the river this year. Balloons will be inflated at the festival site, at the Grand Hotel, at the Vue Hotel and up to 15 will be glowing brightly along the Vidalia Riverfront, from the RV park to the Comfort Inn Suites Hotel.
