NATCHEZ – Services for Stewart Foster Sr., 89, of Rock Hill, S.C., formerly of Jefferson County, who died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007, at his residence, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Milford Baptist Church.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.
Survivors include his daughters and caregiver, Gladys Jackson and husband, Alfred, both of Rock Hill, S.C. and Ardimese Foster Harris of Natchez; sons, Stewart Foster Jr. and wife, Frances, both of Natchez, George Foster of Jackson, Tony Foster and wife, Camille, and Alan Foster and wife, Rose, all of Atlanta; brothers, Oliver Foster of Minneapolis, Minn., Roosevelt Foster of Vicksburg, Charles Foster, Henry Foster and Levi Foster, all of Natchez; sisters, Emma Foster of Minneapolis, Minn., Juanita Foster of Chicago and Margaret Smith of Baton Rouge; granddaughters, April Harris Surles of Plano, Texas, Monica Harris of Dallas, Darlean Foster Proby of Milwaukee, Wis., Bonita Foster of Hattiesburg and Anissa Foster of Atlanta; grandsons, Alfred Yesuto Jackson of Rock Hill, S.C., Alan Foster Jr. and Aaron Foster, both of Atlanta; great-granddaughter, Regan Surles of Plano, Texas; great-grandsons, Kenyon Proby of Milwaukee, Wis. and Sidney Harris of Dallas; and a number of nieces, nephews and other extended family.
