VIDALIA — Services for Ronald E. Bass, 46, of Vidalia, who died at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Apostolic Life Tabernacle Church with the Rev. Joel Ford officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the church.

Mr. Bass was born Jan. 22, 1961, in Natchez, the son of J.C. Bass and Rosa Rollins Bass.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Survivors include his father; sisters, Wanda VanNorman and husband, Ricky, both of Vidalia, Nancy Coates Stockman and husband, R.T., both of Monterey, and Cindy Franklin of Ferriday; and brother, George Bass of Vidalia.

Pallbearers will be Owen Paul Ainsworth Jr., Charlie Coates Jr., Ricky VanNorman, Jerry Fairchild, Gabriel Bass and Jordan Bass.

Honorary pallbearers will be R.T. Stockman, Robert Kirnsavage and Gilford Hamilton.
