WILDSVILLE, La. – Services for Mary H. Boyette, 60, of Wildsville, La., who died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2007, will be at 11 a.m. today at Evangeline Baptist Church with the Revs. Dennis Baker and Lester Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Jonesville.
Mrs. Boyette was born April 23, 1947, in Pritchard, Ala., the daughter of Walter Ozell Hoven and Joyice Inez Hoven. She was a teacher for 20 years and was a member of the Evangeline Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, James Boyette of Wildsville; son, Jamison “Jake” Boyette and wife, Kacie, both of Dunbarton, La.; daughters, Jessica Carter and husband, Anthony, both of Mandeville, La. and Jana Albright and husband, Kurt, both of San Antonio, Texas; sister, Carroll Stringer and husband, Robert, both of Anniston, Ala.; brothers, Willie Hoven and wife, Evelyn, both of Sims, Ala. and Richard Hoven of Gulf Shores, Ala.; and four grandchildren and two expecting.
Pallbearers will be Walter Stringer, Jeff Boyette, Raymond Hoven, Willie Hoven, Chuck Boyette and Howard Hardie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Evangeline Baptist Church Senior Citizens Organization.
