Crystal M. Smith charged with grand larceny. Case bound over to a grand jury. Smith was also charged with possession of crystal methamphetamine. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Randy Morrison charged with grand larceny. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Joshua Richards pleaded guilty to trespassing less than larceny.
Elbert B. King Jr. charged with aggravated assault. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Jon Dale Adams Jr. charged with possession of crystal methamphetamine. Case bound over to a grand jury. Adams was also charged with three counts of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Case bound over to a grand jury. Adams was also charged with grand larceny. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Jamarius Jackson charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Natchez Municipal Court Cases
Friday, Aug. 16:
Lejaris McGuire, 23, pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.
Chiquita Patterson, 39, pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days, with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 48 hours in jail. Fine set at $623.
Tyrone Williams, 27, pleaded guilty to contempt of court – did not finish work release. Credit given for two days served. Total fine set at $751.
Monday, Aug. 19:
Jarriod Hauer, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 19 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 11 days in jail. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $623.Hauer also pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false information. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423.
Kenneth McLemore, 55, found guilty of careless driving. Fine set at $252.
McLemore was also found guilty of disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473 minus $150 suspended. Must pay a fine of $323.
Tuesday, Aug. 20:
James Allen Bennett, 46, charged with burglary of a commercial building, cars, etc. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $65,000. Bennett was also charged with credit card or numbers use with intent to defraud. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $5,000.
Travion Morell Williams, 23, charged with burglary of an inhabited dwelling with a weapon. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $45,000.
Glenda F. Jackson, 27, charged with shoplifting – over $500 (felony). Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $17,500.
Jermai Williams, 32, charged with burglary – breaking out of a dwelling. Waived preliminary hearing. Bond set at $45,000.
Mack Amos Blanton Jr., 35, charged with grand larceny. Case remanded to files – balance of $200 restitution paid.
Anthony Kenjuan Haywood, 27, charged with assault – aggravated extreme indifference. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held.
John S. Pearson, 49, charged with stalking, following, harassing, making threats – cyber stalking. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $30,000.
Wednesday, Aug. 21:
Joshua L. Beamer, 32, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case remanded to files with prejudice — victim and officer failed to appear. Defendant had previously pleaded guilty to other charges.
Beamer also pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Satisfied by time served. Fine set at $473. Beamer also pleaded guilty to contempt of court — no contact order. Fine set at $423 minus $227 for satisfied by time served. Must pay a fine of $196.
Ashley Eaton, 28, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 26 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve four days in jail. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573.
