Hazel McCormick

FAYETTE – Services for Hazel Chapman McCormick, 73, of Union Church, who died Tuesday, March 21, 2008, at her residence, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Spencer Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joe Martain officiating.
Burial will follow at Union Church Cemetery under the direction of Spencer Funeral Home in Fayette.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. McCormick was born April 14, 1934, in Hamburg, the daughter of James Edward Chapman and Irma Youngblood Chapman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill McCormick; one son, Arch McCormick; and three brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include one daughter, Cathy Womack and husband, Pat, both of Union Church; three sons, Ed McCormick and wife, Stephance, both of Union Church, Duncan McCormick and wife, Jill, both of Bude and Dan McCormick of Natchez; one sister, Virgie McCormick of Union Church; one sister-in-law, Idell Chapman of Baton Rouge; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Patrick Womack, Stephen McKinny, Austin McCormick, Zach McCormick, Adam Walters and Scott Bandy.
