Estelle Shorts

NATCHEZ – Services for Estelle E. Shorts, 77, of Augusta, Ga., formerly of Natchez, who died Thursday, May 15, 2008, in Augusta, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pleasant Green Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of George F. West Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Survivors include two daughters, Louella W. Simons of Augusta and Brenda A. Hall of Natchez; two sons, Larry E. Frye of Houston and Terry Frye of Garland, Texas; one sister, Irma J. Jackson of New Orleans; three brothers, Charles Williams of Baton Rouge, James Jackson and Henry Jackson, both of Natchez; seven grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
