NATCHEZ Services for Lucille Sartin Booker, 74, who died Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at Promise Hospital following a short illness, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Pilgrim  Missionary Baptist. Church with the Rev. Melvin White officiating.

Burial will follow in the Sunset View Memorial Cemetery under the direction of W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home of Natchez.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of Christ at 589 U.S. 61 North.

Booker was a member and pastor of Woodlawn Worship Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents, S.A. and Annie Mae Sartin; her husband, James Booker; and her brothers, A.T. Sartin and Hugh Sartin.

Survivors include her son, Larry James Booker of Fort Washington, Mass.; her daughters, Rona Davis, JoTina Johnson both of Atlanta, Brenda Booker-Hunter of Minneapolis, Joyce Booker Green of Ceritos, Calif., Yolanda Booker of Natchez, Sherilynn Booker of Minneapolis and Tracey Book of Atlanta; her sisters, Marie “Darling” White of Natchez, JoAnn Sartin of Chicago, Hazel Sartin, Bernice Ward and Annie Ruth Grayson both of Detroit; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and others.
