Anita Roberts of Collierville, Tenn., and Dan Cavin of St. Joseph announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Rebecca Lynna Cavin, to Brandon Glen Palmer, son of Glen and Mae Palmer of Roxie.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Monterey High School and a recent graduate of Louisiana College in Pineville, La.

She is the granddaughter of Burl and Ruby Roberts of Vidalia and the late Clarence and Bess Cavin of Natchez. She is the great-granddaughter of Curtis and Alyne Clark of Vidalia.

The groom-to-be is employed by Royal Flush in Natchez.

He is the grandson of the late James D. and Carolyn Clary and the late Woodrow Wilson and Flossie B. Palmer.

The wedding will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 1, 2013, at 1962 Poole Road, the home of the bride’s grandparents.

A reception will follow the ceremony.

Family and friends are invited.
