NATCHEZ — Services for Susie Marie Arnold, 82, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, at Silver Cross Nursing Home, in Brookhaven, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapel with Dr. Edgar Wright officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Sunday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Arnold was a member of Morgantown Baptist Church where she served as a member of Willing Worker Sunday School Class. She was also a member of Order of Eastern Star, Past Matrons and Patrons Club, Cootie and Bunko Clubs, Purple Hat Club, Senior Line Dancers and Friends Five-0.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Herman Arnold.

Survivors include one daughter, Patsy Arnold Blalack and husband, Bill, both of Brookhaven; one granddaughter, Courtney Blalack Lupton and husband, Matthew, both of Dallas; one grandson, Brent Blalack of Asheville, N.C.; and one great-great-grandson, Will Lupton also of Dallas.
