FERRIDAY – Services for Steve Parker, 45, of Clayton, who died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008, at his residence, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Young’s Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Parker was born Aug. 12, 1963, in Crystal City, Texas, the son of Sammie and Alice Parker. He was employed as an electrician and was a member of Abundant Life Church in Natchez.
Survivors include his wife, Angie Parker; two sons, Jody King of Sicily Island and Stephen Parker of Waterproof; one daughter, Jordan Ashley Parker of Clayton; one granddaughter, Kayleigh King; his parents; one brother, Cecil Parker and wife, Phyllis; one niece, Callie; and one nephew, Jared, both of Vidalia.
Pallbearers will be John Dobson, Melvin Dobson, Eric Case, Bobby Case, Gene Price and Bill Smith.
