NATCHEZ – Services for Terrence Wayne Green, 45, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pine Grove Baptist Church on Stampley Road.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Mr. Green was born May 14, 1963, in St. Louis, the son of Lee Melvin Green and Daisy Marie Green. He was a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, the U.S. Navy Reserve and a member of the Light House Ministry of Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his mother; one brother, Lee Melvin Green Jr.; grandparents, Mose and Daisy Simon Green and Albert and Lucille Green; one brother-in-law, Willard Sims Sr.; 11 aunts ; and seven uncles.
Survivors include his father of Mobile, Ala.; one sister, Cynthia Green Sims of Natchez; one niece, Courtney E. Sims of Natchez; two nephews, Jerrell Sims and Willard Sims Jr., both of Natchez; three aunts, Mamie L. Mazique of Natchez, Josie M. Walker of St. Louis and Elousie Gardner of Georgia; two uncles, Semo Green of Natchez and Lee Arthur Davis of Fayette; one special cousin, Darlene Taylor of Jackson; a friend, Thelma Graham; and a number of other cousins and friends.
