Maurice Pullins had his post-release supervision revoked in Judge Forrest “Al” Johnson’s court for being in violation of the terms of his supervision by failing to report since December 2012. Defendant must serve the remaining sentence in the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Natchez Municipal Court Cases

Friday, April 26:

Brian G. Johnson, 25, pleaded guilty to fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer in a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Demetrius Miller, 20, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.

Givonni Dent, 19, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.

Lucille A. Perry, 20, charged with petit larceny. Case remanded to file — paid restitution.

Lawrence Edward Coleman Jr., 18, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Carlos Deville Redden, 36, found guilty of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $850.

Tyaundra Batteaste, 35, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 23 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve seven days in jail. Fine set at $573.

Helen Pelichet, 28, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Fine set at $573.

Michael Earl Jackson, 33, pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Frederick Lee Washington, 47, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Fine set at $323.

Jeffrey Trace Huseman, 47, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523.
