: JAY SOWERS | THE NATCHEZ DEMOCRAT Numerous law enforcement and emergency personnel agencies responded to a wreck at the intersection of U.S. Highway 61 and Firetower Road in front of Roux 61 Seafood & Grill south of Natchez on Tuesday afternoon. Employees from the Adams County Sherriff’s Office, Mississippi Highway Patrol, Natchez Fire Department, America Medical Response and Metro Ambulance were on the scene on Tuesday afternoon.

A boat that was being towed behind the truck, seen at left, was flung from it’s trailer and left in a ditch.
