Charles S. Nettles charged with accessory after the fact. Case ruled nolle prosse. Nettles was also charged with aggravated assault. Case bound over to a grand jury. Thursday, April 4

Ronneria Smith, who was sentenced for sale of marijuana and placed on two years probation on April 26, 2011, in Judge Lillie Blackmon Sanders’ court, has successfully completed said probation and the defendant is discharged from probation and the charge is dismissed in Judge Sanders’ court.

Friday, April 5

Terry Calvin, 25, charged with willful trespassing. Case dismissed.

Lorenzo Chatman, 24, charged with disturbing the peace — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $673.

Jermaine Katrell Albert, 23, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Naiwa Bass, 19, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Jacquese L. Dunmore, 19, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor embezzlement. Sentenced to 30 days with 22 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve eight days in jail. Fine set at $473.

Shalonda Long, 27, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 24 hours in jail. Fine set at $573.

Lakrystal Rice, 19, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Marquis Taylor, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $573.

Troy Wilson, 32, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Jarvis Deal pleaded guilty to littering. Fine set at $367 with $100 suspended. Must pay a fine of $267.

Monday, April 8

Robert Earl Williams, 26, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — second offense. Sentenced to 60 days with 39 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. To serve 21 days in jail. Fine set at $698.

Maurice Davis, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Kervia Gaines, 22, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Fine set at $573.

Jennifer Matthews, 44, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Total fine set at $849.92.

Jamie Payne, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.

Curtis Sanders, 39, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473. Sanders was also charged with public drunkenness. Case remanded to files inconsideration of other plea.

Larry Thomas, 20, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Damion Whitley, 18, pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Wednesday, April 10

Adrian C. Woods, 33, charged with willful trespassing. On request of the affidavit and motion of the prosecution, plus signed ban motion for all properties, this charge is dismissed without prejudice.

Travis Centell Barnes, 32, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Kenyon Jamal McDonald, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 48 hours in jail. Fine set at $573.

Heather Felter, 20, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.
