JONESVILLE — Services for Juanita Jane Hamilton, 85, of Jonesville, who died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009, at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, will be at 11 a.m. today at First Baptist Church of Jonesville with Dr. Ralph Webber officiating.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Mulberry Cemetery, England, Ark., under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the church.
Mrs. Hamilton was born May 30, 1923, in Pine Bluff, Ark., the daughter of Paul W. Collins and Vera Adams Collins. She was a real estate agent and a member of the Womans Missionary Union and the First Baptist Church of Jonesville.
She was preceded in death her husband, Calvin James Hamilton; and her parents.
Survivors include one son, Paul Hamilton and wife, Linda Tucker Hamilton, both of Bastrop, Texas; two step-granddaughters; and five step-great-granddaughters.
Pallbearers will be deacons of the church.
