SCOTT, La. — Dale E. Amox, 53, of Scott, La., died Sunday, April 26, 2009, at his residence.
Burial will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 2, 2009, at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Natchez.
Mr. Amox was a native of Vidalia and a resident of the Lafayette, La., area for the past 17 years. He was employed by Boco, Inc. for six years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen Clifton Amox and the former Helen Jennette Kelly; and one sister, Glenis Amox.
Survivors include his wife, Kati Newman; one son, Clifton Dale Amox of Arnaudville, La.; one daughter, Lindsey Marie Amox and companion, Jeremy Champagne, of Arnaudville; two brothers, Jim Amox and companion, Cici, of Columbia, Texas and Harlen Amox and wife, Darlene, of Snyder, Texas; two sisters, Gayle Cowan and husband, Dale, of Ridgecrest and Nancy Halford and husband, Kenny, of Vidalia; and one granddaughter, Madison Angelle Champagne.
