JACKSON, Tenn. — Services for Jack Thomas Wilson, 62, who died Sunday, July 5, 2009, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Sorensen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Filliatreau officiating.
Burial will follow at Hollywood Cemetery with military honors under the direction of Sorensen Funeral Home in Jackson, Tenn.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Wilson was born in Nashville, Tenn., the son of John Thomas and Sarah Delia Cherry Wilson. He was educated at the local schools. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a retired employee of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Mr. Wilson was a Master Mason with Jackson Lodge No. 45 and a member of the York Rite Lodge Body. He was also a member of St. Luke Episcopal Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include two daughters, Tamara Lynn Wilson and Sara Amanda Wilson, both of Kodak, Tenn.; one sister, Linda Taylor and husband, Robert, of Memphis, Tenn.
Pallbearers will be Jared Hamilton, John Wesley McCoy, Jonathan Reece, Bill Young, Charles Welch and Robert L. Taylor.
