FERRIDAY — Services for Iva Lee Herrington Nations, 77, of Ferriday, who died Friday, Sept. 11, 2009 in Natchez, will be 2 p.m. today at Comer Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Sharp Jr. officiating.
Burial will follow a 5 p.m. graveside service at Wellman Cemetery in Enterprise under the direction of Comer Funeral home.
Mrs. Nations was born May 23, 1932 in Lincoln County. She was a homemaker , a resident of Concordia Parish for 55 years and a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Warren “Bozo” Nations; two sons, Charles Ray “Charlie” Nations and infant Mark Nations.
Survivors include three sons, Clark Nations and wife, Linda, of Clayton, Joe Nations and wife, Penny, of Ferriday, and Sam Nations and wife, Jean, of Rusk, Texas; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Marty Hammett, Clay Nations, Craig Nations, Ryan Nations, Casey Nations, Max Green, Cody Nations and Chris Sanders.
