PHENIX CITY, Ala. — Services for Doris Egloff Stringer, 91, of Phenix City, Ala., who died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at her residence, were 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at the Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Chapel in Phenix City.

Mrs. Stringer was born March 29, 1921, in Catahoula Parish, the daughter of Herbert and Bertha Egloff. She had lived in Alabama since 1977.

Survivors include one sister, Wanda Egloff Mulvihill of Natchez and a number of other relatives.
