BUDE — Services for Jackie Ray Winston, 58, of New Orleans, formerly of Franklin County, who died Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009, at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Marshall Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow at New Fork Cemetery in Meadville under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Winston was born Oct. 3, 1951, in Bude, the son of Edward Winston Sr. and Beatrice Kelly Winston.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, John L. Winston and Milton Winston.
Survivors include six loving siblings, Bobbie Lewis and husband, James, Edward “June” Winston Jr. and wife, Elaine, Ruby Johnson and husband, Sharren, Rowan Winston and wife, Diane, Pearlie Moore and Willie Earl Winston and wife, Alease; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
