NATCHEZ — Services for Donald R. White Sr., 72, of Natchez, who died Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at 10 Summerfield Place in Natchez.

Mr. White was born Dec. 2, 1940, in Port Allen, La., the son of J.Y. White and Marguerite Alexander White.

Mr. White served in the U.S. Navy and worked for Armstrong Tire and Rubber Company and Wynn Car Products. He donated his body to science at University Medical Center in Jackson.

Mr. White was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include son Reagan White and wide, Emily, of Natchez; daughters Kim Smith of Natchez and Trisha Spence and husband, Mark, of Decatur; seven grandchildren, Dylan, Taylor and Reed White of Natchez, Lynley and Bryce Smith of Natchez and Tyler and Chris Spence of Decatur; brother Bobby White and wife, Carolyn, of Hendersonville, Tenn., and a number of nieces and cousins.

Mr. White’s family would like to thank the staff of the Adams County Nursing Center.
