NATCHEZ — A private memorial service will be held for Marlys C. Whalen, 79, of Natchez, who died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at Natchez Regional Medical Center.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Donald; three children, Deborah, Rhonda and Wade; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of relatives and friends.
