Mr. Charles Mingee of Natchez and Mrs. Tina D’aquila of Hattiesburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Mingee to Matthew Guedon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Guedon of Church Hill.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Wilkinson County Christian Academy in Woodville and a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. She is employed by Natchez Regional Medical Center.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Skinner of Natchez and Mrs. Loretta Cottman of Waverly, Ohio.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Adams County Christian School in Natchez and a graduate of Mississippi State University in Starkville. He is employed by Guedon Farms in Church Hill.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Emile Guedon of Church Hill and Dr. and Mrs. Joe Herrington of Natchez.

The wedding will be ta 4 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at Magnolia Vale in Natchez. A reception will follow at The Prentiss Club.
