NATCHEZ — Memorial services in honor of Margaret Louise Maxie, 74, who died Monday, Feb. 15, 2010, will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Highland Baptist Church.

Ms. Maxie was born July 11, 1935, in Malacoff, Texas, the daughter of William and Dora Faye Davidson. She was a retired cook.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Mary Loudermilk; and one brother, Bobby Davidson.

Survivors include one son, Billy Maxie Jr. and wife, Marsha; two daughters, Debbie Freeman and husband, Jewell, and Carolyn Cooley and husband, Bo, all of Natchez; two sisters, Barbara Epperson of Odessa, Texas and Shirley Sexton of Gladewater, Texas; three brothers, Tommy Davidson of Gilmer, Texas, Ray and Mark Attaway, both of Odessa; 12 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
