FERRIDAY — Services for Coleman “Willie” Montgomery, 71, of Ferriday, who died Sunday, March 7, 2010, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pentecostals of the Miss-Lou with the Rev. Willie T. Robinson and the Rev. Mack Stokes officiating.

Burial will follow at Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Montgomery was born March 23, 1938, in Ferriday, the son of Willie Montgomery and Bertha Washington. He was employed as a commercial fisherman. He was also a member of St. Mark Baptist Church in Ferriday.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Hall; 11 daughters; six sons; three sisters, Frankie Brown, Elizabeth Sheppard and Estella Bloodsaw, all of Ferriday; 42 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
