FERRIDAY — Services for Lakeidra Davis, 29, of Ferriday, who died Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at the Louisiana State University Hospital in Shreveport, La., will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Concordia Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Ms. Davis was born June 11, 1983, in Ferriday, the daughter of Frederick Davis and Dora Gilmore Davis.

Survivors include four children, LaKendrick Davis, Gary Davis, Alexis Turner and Armani Franklin, all of Ferriday; her father of New Orleans; her mother of Ferriday; one brother, Maurice Davis of Monroe, La.; one sister, Diane Gilmore of Ferriday; and a number of uncles, aunts, including a special aunt, Beatrice Edmondson.
