FAYETTE — Services for Burnell “Pig” Sampson, 82, who died Thursday, March 18, 2010, at Clinton Health Care Center in Clinton, will be at noon today at Locust Grove Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Collins Funeral Home in Jackson and Rollins Funeral Home in Fayette.

Mr. Sampson was born in Fayette.

Survivors include three sisters, Mary Jackson of Fayette, Lillie Frank Wells of Chicago and Pearl Johnson and husband, the Rev. Louis Johnson, of Jackson.
