WATERPROOF — Services for Lillie Poston Scott, 105, of Waterproof, who died Sunday, March 21, 2010, at Heritage Manor Health and Rehab Center in Ferriday, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Choctaw Chapel Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at Barcelona Cemetery in Waterproof under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Scott was born Jan. 14, 1905, in St. Joseph, La., the daughter of Henry and Melvina Fraizer Poston. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Scott.

Survivors include two sons, Charlie Scott of Waterproof and David Williams of St. Joseph; a special and devoted friend, Beatrice Cole of Waterproof; and eight grandchildren.
