CANNONSBURG — Services for Lillie Mae Huff Reynolds, 80, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Cannonsburg with the Rev. Percy Turner officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home and from noon until service time Saturday at the church.
Mrs. Reynolds was born July 21, 1929, in Natchez, the daughter of Wesley and Mary Perryman Huff. She was baptized Sept. 19, 1942, by the late Rev. Wilson Ford Sr. and joined Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of the choir and served faithfully until her illness.
In 2006, she retired from Walmart after 20 years of service. Mrs. Reynolds was also a member of the Walmart choir.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her son, Lionel Reynolds and wife, Michelle, of Dallas; one stepdaughter, Shelly Day of Fayette; six grandchildren, Tameca Walton of Fayette, Travanti Smith of Hattiesburg, Jamila Reynolds of San Antonio, Texas, Jelani Evans Reynolds of Tucson, Ariz., Shanelle Hutcherson of Memphis, Tenn., and Terri Nicole Reynolds of Atlanta; two great-grandchildren, Amari Alexander Smith and De’Edwanna Parker; one aunt, Anna Tenner; and a number of other relatives and friends.
