FERRIDAY — Services for Reginald Rakeith Green, 25, of Ferriday, who died Saturday, April 3, 2010, in Ferriday, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at New Morning Star Baptist Church with the Rev. Justin Conner officiating.

Burial will follow at Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Green was born April 8, 1984, in Ferriday, the son of Vandolve Schiele and Bertha Green.

Survivors include his Bertha G. Taylor of Ferriday; his father and his wife, Cyrinthia, of Dallas; one son, Reginald D. Green Jr.; one brother, Xavier Green; two sisters, Genesia Green and LaKeidra Davis; grandparents, Jesse Green and the Rev. Everett Schiele, all of Ferriday; Frederick Davis of New Orleans who raised him from an infant; his girlfriend, LaKeidra Harrell of Ferriday; and a number of uncles, aunts and cousins.
