NATCHEZ — Services for Luberta Carter Bryant, 99, of Natchez, who died Thursday, April 23, 2010, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at New Zion No. 1 Baptist Church with the Rev. Ernest Ford Jr. officiating.

Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home with Eastern Star rites at 6 p.m.

Mrs. Bryant was born Oct. 24, 1910, the daughter of Nancy Carter. She was a member of New Zion No. 1 Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Survivors include a number of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
