MEADVILLE — Services for Madge Barlow Seale, 92, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at Natchez Community Hospital, were Thursday, May 13, 2010, at Franklin Funeral Home with the Rev. Laurie Rabron officiating.

Burial followed at Midway Cemetery under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville.

Mrs. Seale was born Aug. 4, 1917, in Franklin County, the daughter of Luther Barlow and Eugenia Moore Barlow. She was employed by Franklin Memorial Hospital as a nurse’s aide. She was retired.

Mrs. Seale was a member of Bude Methodist Church. She was a resident of Adams County Nursing Home for the last two and one half years where she received excellent care and made a number of friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Millard Seale; her parents; and one brother and his wife, Raiford and Ruth Barlow .

Survivors include one sister, Jeannie Porter Cotten and husband, Bob, of Natchez; three nieces, Inez Barlow Manning and husband, Bill, of Meadville, Ruth Seale of Natchez and Janet Zimmerman and husband, Nick, of Roxie; and a number of grand-nieces, great-grand-nieces and grand-nephews and great-grand-nephews.
