NATCHEZ — Services for Ernest Edward Clark, 39, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, May 19, 2010, in Natchez, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Zion Hill No. 1 Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Clark was born Nov. 29, 1970, in Natchez, the son of Anna Rose Clark and Sam Bacon.

Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his father; grandmother, Clotile Washington; grandfathers, Warrenton “Book” Bacon and Henry Chatman.

Survivors include his mother; grandmother, Susie Marie Bacon; two sisters, TaKeysha Clark and Shanta Clark; three brothers, Julius R. Clark, Anthonio Bacon and Sam Bacon Jr., all of Natchez; seven aunts, Joann Sessions of KanKeKee, Ill., Louise Williams of Cleveland, Sylvia Hankins of Crystal Springs and Mary Bacon, all of Ferriday, Peggy Norman, Rose Tyler and Mary Parker, all of Natchez; 10 uncles, Albert James Washington, Robert Lee Washington, Henry James Washington, Willie Earl Washington and Warrenton Bacon, all of Natchez, John Washington of Ione, Calif., David Dent and Richard Bacon, both of New Orleans, Albert Bacon of Panama City, Fla. and Jerry Washington; one niece and six nephews; and a number of other relatives and friends.
