WINFIELD, Ala. — Services for Homer Alfred “Al” Boughton, 79, of Winfield, Ala., formerly of Mangham, La., who died Wednesday, June 9, 2010, will be at 1 p.m. today at Winfield First Baptist Church.
Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the church.
A second service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church in Jonesville.
Burial will follow at Heard Cemetery in Manifest, La.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Young’s Funeral Home in Jonesville.
Arrangements are under the direction of Miles Funeral Home of Winfield.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Rose Mills McDonald Boughton; one son, Randall Bruce Boughton and wife, Trish, of Baton Rouge; two daughters, Jane Carpenter and husband, Ronnie, of Vidalia and Julie Cockerham and husband, Timmy, of Jonesboro, La.; two stepdaughters, Dawn Pope and husband, Steve, of Franklin, Tenn., and Roxie Barnes and husband, Bobby, of Winfield; one brother, Floyd Boughton and wife, Billie Jo, of Rayville, La.; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a number of friends and other relatives.
