WATERPROOF, La. — Services for Dora Grandison, 77, of Waterproof, who died Monday, June 28, 2010, at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Concordia Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Willie Washington officiating.

Burial will follow at Consurella Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Ms. Grandison was born Oct. 29, 1932, in Waterproof, the daughter of Robert and Augusta Parks Grandison.

Survivors include one daughter, Sarah Bagwell of Waterproof; one son, Charles Grandison of Kansas City, Mo.; five brothers, Willie Grandison, Henry Grandison and Ernest Rogers, all of Kansas City; Earl Grandison of Chicago and Leroy Grandison of Waynesboro, Ga.; 10 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
