EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. — Services for Gary J. LaFrancis, 58, who died Monday, June 14, 2010, at Mercy Hospital in Folsom, Calif., were Wednesday, June 23, 2010.

A native of Springfield, Mass., he was an Air Force veteran, a giving person and wonderful man, whose zest for life included friends, travel, cooking, entertaining and sports (particularly the New England Patriots). He had a long career in the telecommunications industry.

Survivors include his wife, Linda S. “Lindy” LaFrancis; three sons, Matthew, Gary and Gregory; one daughter, Jessica; three stepsons, Ryan, Regen and Royce Harner of the El Dorado Hills area; two brothers, George of San Francisco and Mark of Natchez and sister-in-law Eileen Maher of Natchez.
