Adams County resident Sammy Corley says he has been dumping his trash for 21 years in a secluded gully on his property on Liberty Road. Now his trash bill from the Adams County Sanitation Department is $810.10 for a service he claims he doesn’t use. But county officials say he should pay the bill.
