Ferriday residents like Montrel Sandidle and Kim Pryor scurried Monday to purchase bottled water after the State of Louisiana forced the town to shut down its water plant citing health risks. Above, Pryor and Sandidle unload some of the 36 gallons of bottled water they purchased.
