He is charged with disturbing the peace by fighting.
And a 14-year-old girl and boy were arrested at Central Alternative School around 9:35 a.m. Wednesday for allegedly creating a disturbance by threatening each other. The girl is charged with disturbing the peace and simple assault by threats, and the boy is charged with disturbing the peace.

District officials hope to improve the system by helping students learn to better handle these type situations and by making them face the consequences, Davis said. &uot;We are determined to get this out of our school district,&uot; he said.
The district is required to contact the police if a violent act takes place on campus, Davis said.
