Downtown parking has been a problem in Natchez. Although the streets have signs that mark a two-hour limit for parking, many cars stay parked past the alotted time. Tammi Mullins of the Natchez Downtown Development Association and Police Chief Willie Huff want to solve the problem with education before enforcement.
