Natalie Stiles can’t tell you her favorite subject in school because she likes them all.

This unique perspective is classic Natalie, said Zandra McDonald, Stiles’ English teacher.

&uot;Natalie says that she hasn’t had a favorite teacher because she has learned something from each of them, whether academically or spiritually,&uot; McDonald said.

Whether in class or out, Stiles is always pleasant, McDonald said.

&uot;Natalie is always a pleasant student willing to go the extra mile to be helpful to teachers, administrators and staff – and the entire student body,&uot; she said.

Computer technology interests the 13-year-old eighth grader as a possible occupation. &uot;I’ve always wanted to learn to program computers,&uot; she said. &uot;I’m not really computer literate, but I enjoy working with them.&uot;

In fact, Stiles has set her sight set on attending MSMS – the Mississippi School for Math and Science in Columbus.

Stiles is president of the student body at Natchez Middle School. She is also a member of both the newspaper and yearbook staffs, a cheerleader, and a member of Beta Club.

She doesn’t care much for TV and can’t recall a favorite movie, but she enjoys Christian music and spending time with her friends. The daughter of Gary and Paula Stiles of Natchez, Stiles has a brother, Eric, and two sisters, Sara and Bridget.

&uot;Natalie says she wants to lead a life where she will be remembered for making a difference in the world,&uot; McDonald said. &uot;She is an example and role model to her peers of a student who can excel academically and socially. Natalie is truly a representative of the best our school has to offer.&uot;
