The Natchez sky was glowing Friday night as more than 70 balloons lit up the area. The balloon glow kicked off the weekend’s Great Mississippi River Balloon Race. In the foreground, Bruce Bussey and crew keep the GMC balloon standing tall near the Mississippi River Bridge.
