NATCHEZ — A former Natchez city planner and director of the Mississippi Heritage Trust is settling into his new job as director of a nonprofit preservation organization in Dallas.
David Preziosi took over as director of Preservation Dallas at the beginning of the month.
“It’s basically the Historic Natchez Foundation for Dallas,” he said.
Preziosi said he is settling into life in Dallas and is excited for the opportunity before him.
“It’s a new opportunity to do something different,” he said. “I was at the Mississippi Heritage Trust for 10 years, and I wanted to try to work in a different location and on the local level rather than the state level.”
