The hot sun and other elements finally took their toll on the EZ Rent-It man. After a recent makeover and facelift, Perry Champ returns him to his perch Thursday on top of a billboard on U.S. 61 North. &uot;He kind of got dull,&uot; owner Ronnie Baker said. Employees from the equipment rental business freshened him up by painting his yellow hard hat, giving him a top-rate &uot;facial&uot; and painstakingly adding a piece of conduit to his ever-waving arm.
