Rachel Price,left, and Lindsay Morgan volunteered through the Natchez Convention Visitors Bureau to help paint the flower bins downtown on Monday. Volunteers planted new flowers and plants downtown. Other organizations that participated in the day include the Natchez Downtown Development Association, Historic Natchez Foundation, Chamber of Commerce and assorted merchants.
